How can you use design thinking to guide your program innovation? Patrick will discuss his fellowship at the Stanford Design School and how you can appropriately use design thinking to help you develop ideas into new programs. This session will cover the basics of design thinking, how it relates to program development, and the right timing and ingredients to make this a useful exercise for you.
